Bill Clinton: Hillary 'wants some decent sleep'
Author: Jonathan Warren
Working as the US president's right hand woman could tire even the most energetic of individuals and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is no exception, if the words of husband Bill Clinton are anything to go by.
Appearing on ABC's 'The View', the former president explained that his wife has no desire to run for president again and is craving some decent sleep in her king size bed. He went on to say that his wife of 36 years is exhausted as a result of her demanding job and she would love to "get a good night’s sleep for a week or two".
Mrs Clinton famously competed for the position of Democratic presidential candidate back in 2008, when current president Barack Obama took the winning slot.
The youthful-looking Mr Clinton, 65, explained: "(Hillary) wants to stay in one place for two or three days.
"She's tired, she needs some time off. I don't know what the future holds. She doesn't think she will ever run for office again."
