Snoring voted as most annoying bedroom habit

Snoring has been voted the most annoying bedroom habit in a partner, the Mail Online reports. According to the results of a recent poll, many UK couples are struggling to sleep due to the sleeping habits of their partners.
Whilst snoring was voted the most annoying bedroom habit, the survey also revealed plenty of other common annoyances in the bedroom. Nearly half of the adults surveyed said they are disturbed by their partner hogging the duvet, while four in ten complained of their partner's fidgeting.
Other irritating bedroom habits included sweating and bad breath. One in ten of those surveyed said that they are kept awake by arguments about family and where to go next on holiday. For ten per cent of the participants, these night-time annoyances are so bad that they would rather share their bed with a pet than their other half.
On the other hand, more than half of those surveyed said that they enjoy time spent in bed with their partner, with 59 per cent enjoying pillow talk and 49 per cent enjoying a spoon between the sheets. Making important life decisions is also a popular bedtime activity, with one in ten discussing plans to start a family and 16 per cent talking about marriage plans.
Psychologist Emma Kenny said of the survey: "When it comes to bed behaviour behind closed doors, it would seem we as a nation have many aggravating habits.
"It’s interesting to see that despite these bedtime irritants, the bed is still considered an important place for couples to bond and make life-changing decisions together."
